10 Tokenomics

10.1 Supply and Issuance

Base Specifications

Item
Value

Token name

Lumy

Ticker

LUMY

Total supply

300,000,000,000 LUMY (permanently fixed)

Token standard

BEP-20

Issuance path

Node mining 100%

Pre-allocation

0 (team / advisors / VC 0%)

Additional issuance

None, permanently

Meaning

The entire supply enters the market only through community node activity. There is no separate team treasury being released into the market. There is no future issuance to dilute holders. The cap exists, is fixed, and is verifiable.

For a self-organizing system to operate stably, it must have clear boundary conditions. The permanent fixation of 300,000,000,000 LUMY is that core boundary condition.

What Cap Locking Guarantees

The cap-locked model guarantees three things.

  • Per-node issuance is fixed at the time of purchase. It does not change after the fact.

  • Boosters only shorten the time to fill the cap. The total amount does not grow.

  • Ecosystem activity does not affect your total. Only your own activity and the boosters of §10.4 change the time-to-cap.

This design places Lumy's total supply within predictable boundary conditions.

10.3 Burn Mechanism

LUMY burns happen simultaneously across multiple channels. Every time a usage activity occurs, a portion is permanently burned and the circulating supply decreases.

Channel
Burn mechanism

AI calls

A portion of the per-call deduction is permanently burned

Marketplace payment

A portion of the payment fee is permanently burned

Hot Place payment

2% of the payment amount is permanently burned

Node mining harvest

A fixed amount per harvest is permanently burned

USDT → LUMY swap

A portion of the LUMY received by the operator is permanently burned

QTRA subscription / fees

A portion of USDT payment proceeds is used to buy back LUMY, then permanently burned

Burning as a Feedback Loop

This diagram has no time axis. It does not draw a future scenario of "when, how much will decrease." It only shows the mechanism: every time a usage activity occurs, a portion is permanently burned and circulating supply decreases.

This is an example of a positive feedback loop: usage drives burning, burning creates scarcity, and scarcity returns as usage appeal. At the same time, the negative feedback (cap locking) prevents runaway behavior and stabilizes the system.

Supply vs. Circulating Supply

We separate these two concepts.

Concept
Definition

Supply

300,000,000,000 LUMY permanently fixed. No additional issuance

Circulating supply

The amount of LUMY actually tradable in the market. Decreases over time through usage and burning

The phrase "supply decreases" is imprecise. "Circulating supply decreases" is the precise expression.

10.4 Activity Flows and Boosters

Activity in the Lumy ecosystem is organized in the following flow. All flows accumulate only within the mining cap of the nodes you hold.

Without a node, no flow yields any harvest.

Node Mining (Base)

Automatic every day. According to the node's specifications, it accumulates toward the cap at the base rate.

Boosters (Speed Acceleration)

Ecosystem participation activities work as boosters on the mining speed of your own node. They are not a distribution you receive directly, but an effect that shortens the time to reach your node's cap.

Kind
Operation

Referral booster

The speed of your own node accelerates following referral activities you participate in

Matching booster

At stages granted by your cumulative activity, additional acceleration is layered on

Special booster

Extra acceleration for participants who reach higher stages

The concrete ratios, triggers, and conditions of each booster are disclosed separately as operational policy and may be adjusted in response to operational conditions and regulatory changes.

Principles common to all boosters

  • All boosters accumulate within your node's cap.

  • Boosters do not enlarge the node cap. They only shorten the time to reach the cap.

  • When the cap is reached, that node ends (multiple nodes can be held simultaneously).

Value Preservation (Burning)

When using AI · Marketplace · Hot Place · QTRA · node mining harvest · USDT swap, a portion is permanently burned. As circulating supply decreases, LUMY's scarcity is reinforced.
